What is worth writing about

Worth writing about: a figure that does not match the store page it is dated against; a store page that has moved or disappeared; how a reading was taken; a statement that goes beyond what the store shows.

What happens to a correction

The saved reading is set against the live page. If the saved figure was wrong, the page is corrected and the correction dated; if the store page changed after the reading, the desk says so and keeps the dated reading.

What the desk cannot answer

The desk cannot advise on investments, help with an account or login, or say whether an app suits you. It has opened no account with the broker and cannot see anyone's trades.
